I offer online counseling to assist with struggles, unmet needs, relationship difficulties, negative thought or behavior patterns, disappointments, limitations, injustice, devastation or other mental health issues that have hindered one's ability to live life to the fullest. I have specialized training in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and in utilizing movement, breath, and yoga to facilitate healing trauma (TCTSY-F, 300 hours).
