I help adults of all ages cope with life transitions that cause anxiety, depression and grief. When avoidance no longer works, I help people address life. I provide a down-to-earth and honest approach to working with all my clients. I often see people at their worst and provide them with a compassionate ear without judgement. I also focus on skills training to assist each of my clients in building their own toolbox of coping skills to face life head on. My role is to be a guide for clients to find a more effective way of dealing with life. While we work together, and I provide resources and insight, all the success belongs to you!
