Hello, I'm Shelley (she/her).I am independently licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado and Ohio. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with both adult and adolescent clients in community mental health and private practice settings. My approach to therapy is rooted in a feminist, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and harm reduction perspective. I deeply honor the therapeutic relationship, believing it to be vital to the process of change.
