Hello, I am Shelley Schneider, a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 35 years of experience. I am a solution focused therapist who will identify and build on your strengths in the work we do together. I strive to create a safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement and a trusting relationship can be established. First I acknowledge it takes courage to participate in therapy and I validate and normalize your thoughts and feelings. I use an eclectic approach of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Inner Child Work.
