Hi, I'm Shelley! Do you feel like you are stuck in a cycle and can't get out? Do you feel unseen and unwanted? Are you struggling with showing yourself grace and mercy? I help people who are struggling with life issues develop better skills to cope with and redirect their lives in a way that makes them more genuine with themselves and others. During the first session, we will establish the "rules" of therapy, exploring confidentiality, the limits of confidentiality, my schedule, the types of therapy techniques that I use, and what you can expect of me. We will then explore what brings you to therapy and what your goals are. What do you want to achieve by attending therapy?
