I'm so glad you're considering taking this next step. Life is challenging and often interrupted by stress, relationship challenges, and loss. We all crave a fulfilling life that is full of hope, connection, and meaning. Relationships with a spouse, partner, child, parent, siblings, roommates, and even co-workers are central to our emotional well-being. I have advanced training in EFT which focuses on creating connections. These close relationships often create a significant amount of stress, pain, and even loneliness, isolation and trauma. I also have advanced training in CPT trauma therapy to help people heal from trauma.
