You have been successful in life, and you have felt there is something which is holding you back from the life you want. Maybe it is a trauma from your past, anxiety, depression, a change in a life situation, relationship issues, or addiction; together you and I can work for you have the life you want. Whether your goal is staying in your current situation, or if it is finding the courage to make a change, I am here to help you let go of things which hold you back from the life you desire. It is my job to help you face the tough stuff in your life. I want to let you share your story fully, even when you think it may make me uncomfortable. I can handle what you have to share. If you are looking for a specific modality, I have training in trauma, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Substance use as well as others I mix in. My approach is eclectic.
