I am an EMDRIA approved Consultant/Certified Therapist and Certified Brainspotting therapist in private practice. I specialize in subcortical trauma-informed treatment by integrating EMDR with Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I have a post-trauma-growth focus that inspires a commitment to helping clients build resilience for a bright future out of their current challenges. I am licensed in Arizona, Iowa, and Nebraska.
