Hi! I'm Shelly, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am the owner/operator of The Therapy Spot Mental Health Counseling PLLC. I specialize in Mental Health Disorders as well as Substance Abuse Disorders in individuals from all walks of life and from ages 12 and up. I do work with children under the age of 12 on a case by case basis. Utilizing mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, and other various styles of psychotherapy to provide a person-centered approach to help you reach your therapy goals.
