I am passionate about creating a safe, validating, and supportive environment for clients as we collaborate to meet their goals. I have extensive experience working with grieving individuals - children, teens, college students, and adults, including after incidents of mass violence. My practice (CT/NY) also provides support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, family and relationship difficulties, academic and career challenges, self-doubt, and stressors due to caregiving.
