I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist whose practice integrates cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies. I have practiced as a Psychologist and Registered Nurse at Cambridge Hospital, Harvard Medical School and in New York City, providing clinical, supervisory and administrative services. Working collaboratively with patients from many backgrounds, treatment goals are tailored to their needs. Relaxation training and self-care are always part of treatment. I treat adult patients with anxiety disorders, depression, medical problems and the stress that comes with life changes. Currently doing in person and video appts.
