Thank you for your interest in the services I provide. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor and Registered Emotionally Focused therapist and supervisor (EFT). EFT is a short-term therapy designed to help couples and families identify and break free of negative interactional cycles allowing for intimacy and bonding to occur. In a safe and loving environment, clients are guided towards one another where healing then happens within the context of one's relationship(s). Individuals achieve a sense of security and wholeness within themselves and in their relationships.
