I am a Licensed Psychologist. I have over 20 years of experience working in community mental health with a focus on trauma resolution. I have experience helping others manage their depression, anxiety, grief issues and healing from trauma. I have expertise working with dissociative disorders and borderline personality disorder. I believe every human has the internal capacity to heal and my role is to assist others in finding and following their wisdom. I hold a master's degree from St. Mary's University in Counseling Psychology.
