I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years. I have worked with all populations from RTC's to inpatient psych hospitals. I have worked with families and couples. I have worked in outpatient clinics providing services including individual, couples, and groups. I have also been a clinical supervisor and worked in administration overseeing several clinics, staff, and programs. At our first session we will have time to get to know each other and identify what you want to accomplish. We will identify goals and ways we will try to accomplish those. We will identify a diagnosis, goals, and interventions. You will also have homework to work on that first week to start making change.
