I provide individual therapy for adults enable them to make the changes they envision in life. I assist clients struggling with job loss, significant health issues, life and social transitions, anxiety and depression following life changes, and living through a pandemic. I work with clients from differing backgrounds, ethnicities, and faith traditions, operating under many different family and relationship models. I have experience working with alternative relationship configurations, including polyamorous, kink, and other non-traditional practices. I work with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients and engage in anti-racism and ally-ship.
