You are already perfect, whole, and complete now, as you are. You are already worthy, enough, and you matter. Going for therapy doesn’t negate that. Yet, it will help you to truly see, feel, and know it more deeply. Therapy doesn’t give you any more value; as you already innately 100% have it, just for existing here on earth. Yet, it may inspire you to act more from that valuable space and to see aligned actions fruit from it. Therapy, or I, won’t do the work for you. Yet, it could crystallize your clarity, understanding, and motivation so that you supersede and excel towards your true goals, desires, and full beingness; yourself.
