Through my work as a therapist, I help clients reach treatment goals aimed at strengthening the self, building healthy relationships and overall health and balance in life. I believe each client is unique and needs a treatment plan tailored to meet their specific needs and I work collaboratively with clients to help them set and progress towards their goals. I specialize in working with children, families and couples and focus on identifying strengths and building healthy patterns of relating to one another. I provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for healing and growth to flourish.
