About
I work with children (10+) and adults who are ready to move beyond survival, people who want to understand themselves more deeply, break free from old patterns, and create lives rooted in meaning and connection. My approach is collaborative, relational, and non-pathologizing, grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks. I also integrate somatic awareness, attachment theory, mindfulness, and parts work when they support the process, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. I support clients across a wide spectrum of experiences with a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. This includes LGBTQIA+ clients, transgender and non-binary individuals, and neurodivergent adults. I also work with individuals and couples in relationships such as polyamory, ENM, and kink, offering an affirming space to explore identity and connection.
