Welcome, and thank you for being here. Maybe this is the first time you’re considering therapy or maybe it’s one attempt of many. Either way you’ve already taken a brave first step on the path and I’m glad you’re here. When we search for the answers to what’s troubling us, we often realize we’re not even asking the right question. It’s not always “How can I help you?” and it may not even be “How can you help yourself?” The truth is, I don’t know the right question, just like I don’t pretend to know the answer. Maybe we’ll find something closer to both, together.
