I am a licensed mental health counselor with 9 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including, hospital, outpatient and group living environments. I strive to provide client-centered, strengths-based therapy and utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and expressive techniques in my counseling sessions. I enjoy actively involving my clients in the therapeutic process through psychoeducation/activities that further promotes understanding and progress towards their identified goals.
