Comedy Therapy small groups! Are you struggling with feelings of disconnection and isolation? Are you self-critical or perfectionistic and want to work on your self-esteem and sense of self? Do you want to learn how to let go, have fun and live in the moment? Join me in small group therapy sessions where we utilize play, creativity, and improv comedy! Throughout an 8-week experience, group members will develop communication skills, learn to feel more comfortable with taking risks, and practice self-acceptance in a supportive group environment.
