I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist who aims to create an environment conducive to my client's growth and understanding of self. I work to assist my clients in building insight and understanding of one's symptoms and ways in which they can cope in healthy ways. I'm culturally competent in understanding and working with diverse populations of adults and prioritize listening to my client's needs and goals, while assisting them in achieving it along the way. I truly believe we can't be good for anyone if we're no good for ourselves, so let's continue the healing journey together!
