With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I work with a wide range of human difficulties. From individuals struggling with anxiety or depression, to young adults trying to find their way or having obsessive/compulsive issues, I believe my work is to provide a nonjudgmental environment in which to find solutions. Throughout the years I have trained in a wide spectrum of modalities, ranging from cognitive-behavioral therapy, to attachment theory and advanced work with the subconscious mind. And sometimes just talking about an issue in a safe environment, giving it words, allows the next step towards a happier life.
