Are you a woman of color who left your home country to live in new country? You found me! I am talking to any women of color living in Europe, Canada, Central America, or South America. I am talking to women who live with anxiety and depression. Maybe you are recovering from childhood trauma and had/have emotionally immature parents. I understand that you want a life and identity outside of what you do for a living. You want freedom, liberation, and decolonized thoughts. You want to create a life you love but sometimes you do not think you deserve good things. You deserve softness, gentleness, with space to laugh and smile.
