Hi, I’m Shena Moreau, Founder of Valorous Wellness and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping others heal and grow through a holistic approach to mental health. I specialize in breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, blending traditional therapy with mindful, heart-centered practices that nurture the mind, body, and soul. My mission is to help and create a safe and supportive space for women where healing feels whole, and clients can reconnect with themselves and find balance from within. In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and expectations. Next, we will discuss current stressors and challenges. Then, develop a plan together to work through in our coming sessions.
