As a mental health therapist with over 9 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being. I provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to explore concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-life balance, and personal growth, helping clients build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, positive change. During our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and better understand your story. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you hope to achieve through our work together. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on helping clients build resilience and find meaningful ways to improve their quality of life.
