Greetings! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Alabama. I received my Masters from the Our Lady of the Lake University. I have been in the mental health field for nearly 20 years, and have been a therapist for a total of 4 years. In 2021, I became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2024. Life is full of events and sudden changes. My aim is to help you become the best version of yourself. In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions to get to know each other better. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Next we will explore the specific challenges you're facing and create a plan to achieve your desired outcome. In the follow-up sessions, we will continue to build and work together.
