Welcome! I'm Shequitta Lenoir a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and Texas. I have practiced in the mental health field for 19 years assisting individuals in identifying and practicing coping skills to manage symptoms they experience. I have worked with couples and families in navigating through barriers that plague their relationships (ex: anger, mistrust, lack of communication, etc). In my work with teenagers, I have assisted them in working through challenges in their environments whether it's at school, in friendships or within their family dynamics.
