I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) working out of the Berkshires. I work with all ages in-person in Great Barrington, MA and virtually across Massachusetts to help support you with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and reaching your full potential! My eclectic approach combines art-therapy, person-centered, and polyvagal informed techniques in order to best support each individual and your needs View 4 Photos I utilize art making within my therapeutic practice to engage individual's in creative methods to explore, process, and learn. I have worked extensively with those struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral issues.
