I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma with EMDR, Mindfulness, and Breathwork as well as through traditional talk therapy. I use a holistic, client-centered approach to explore the various factors that can impact one’s well-being and to identify and practice effective coping skills. My expertise stems from my extensive professional experience working with adults of a range of ages in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health clinics, nonprofit agencies, and private healthcare organizations.
