I consider it a profound privilege to be invited into the quiet, often unseen spaces of my clients' inner worlds. I believe therapy is a place where hidden parts of the self can emerge with care. Through this discovery we can create a life we want to live. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and attuned. Together, we slow down and listen closely — not only to what is hurting, but what is unspoken. I work with adults navigating PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, relational challenges, life transitions, and the impact of abusive dynamics.
