The Foundation for Learning and Inspiring Health and Healing (FLIHH) founded by Sheri Damon, LMHC/LPCC/NBCC is an intentionally curated series of services, programs and professionals for effective healing and wellness. FLIHH strives to achieve the highest standards in behavioral health care, training and consultation through mind-body-spirit-environment focused approaches incorporating proven strategies to achieve overall wellness and tools to heal from illness.
