I am a certified perinatal mental health counselor (PMHC) who is passionate about working with people trying to conceive through the first year of life. As a mom of three, I understand the journey to and through parenthood can come with challenges. I am here to help you navigate these using your strengths and by helping you build coping skills and resilience. Additionally, I also have extensive experience working with children, especially those with anxiety and ADHD. Through Cognitive Behavioral, Strengths Based, and Solution Focused approaches to therapy, my goal is to support and guide clients to find the answers they need.
