A relationship with a therapist is it’s own sort of bond, and can often mirror other relationships you have experienced. I work with adult men and women who experience stress, anxiety, perfectionism, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, life transitions, and more. It is also useful for exploring how the past shows up in the present. Many sessions are interlaced with traditional talk therapy (CBT, ACT).
