Twenty-two years providing counseling services to people has taught me much about us as humans: how much we have in common and how much each of us has a unique story. I take great delight in helping people tell their story and make a new script for their future. We work together to foster healing from past hurts, to learn new skills for self-care and to build strength in those all-important relationships in clients' lives. We can work on short-term problem-solving with a coaching style or deeper healing therapy.
