I practice with the utmost respect for my clients and their process of healing and growth, and maintain a supportive, encouraging and safe atmosphere.I believe in balancing the mind and body to assist in stress relief and healing. Clients receive a self soothe kit when they begin working with me.I have been practicing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing ) since 1993 and am an EMDR Consultant and Certified EMDR therapist. EMDR is invaluable in treating the trauma that accompanies, illness, grief, pain and loss, as well as helping clients find their inner resources and reconnect to themselves.
