I believe every person has within themselves the strengths they need to succeed. In therapy we work on building those strengths to realize our greatest potential and change our lives for the better. As a therapist I believe it is our job to help you learn to find your strengths and move past traumas, fears and insecurities to find your best self. I look forward to helping all our clients find their path to a more fulfilling and productive life. Using EMDR and CBT therapies clients can expect to work on past traumas that affect their current way of thinking and how they react to life's daily challenges. If you are feeling stuck in not knowing how to make decisions for your self or feeling out of control in your life these therapies are used to help you regain control of your life.
