I love working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and medical issues. I have a lot of knowledge and experience navigating the world when medical trauma and struggles threaten to get in the way of normal functioning. I am passionate about helping people learn how to advocate for themselves through effective communication. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy, which has been shown to be highly effective in helping people recovery from trauma.
