I have been providing counseling services to a variety of both adolescent and adult client populations for the past 17 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the State of New Jersey. Additionally, I completed a post-master's certificate program in Advanced Clinical Practice, and attended trauma trainings through the Manhattan Institute of Psychoanalysis. I am trained in DBT and also utilize cognitive behavioral interventions, mindfulness, motivational enhancement and the mind-body connection associated with trauma.
