I offer psychotherapy for adult individuals, college students, couples, parents, and adolescents. At the heart of my work is a belief that transformation is possible in an atmosphere of warmth, collaboration, and attunement. Clients in my practice deal with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, attentional problems, adjusting to stressors and life transitions, relationship struggles, and parenting difficulties. Others may not be experiencing significant symptoms, yet feel stuck in certain aspects of their life, career, or relationship.
