I am a licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. I have extensive professional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and SE (Somatic Experiencing). I completed an additional 2 years at The Somatic Healing Institute under Dr Peter Levine. I'm an Atlanta native and have practiced psychotherapy in Maine and Alaska.
