Congratulations on choosing you! I'm Sherile (pronounced "Cheryl"), a licensed therapist. I help individuals navigate emotional struggles using active listening and compassion as we explore their needs. I believe 'do not harm,' but absolutely 'do some good.' My therapy style is mainly person-centered. I work to create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for you to share your heart.
