Hello! I am a LCSW with several years of experience working with adolescents and adults in the community. I use a trauma-informed lens to help clients overcome past trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and navigate everyday life. I provide an integrative approach to therapy, which allows each client’s experience to be specific to their journey. I want my clients to know they can work through their past and recognize its impact on everyday life and learn to build new skills and tools to carve out better daily living experiences.
