I’ve always loved the honesty and innocence of children. They remind me to be gentle with both the younger Sherkerra and the grown Sherkerra, who still deserve kindness and softness. Kids help me see the beauty in slowing down, laughing, and finding joy in the little things. I believe that every person, regardless of their age, deserves to feel safe expressing their feelings without judgment. My passion is helping children, teens, and adults heal, grow, and learn that their emotions are valid and matter. Through therapy, I want my clients to feel free, seen, and supported just as they are.
