They may be part of the LGBTQIA+ or Two-Spirit community, a survivor of sexual assault, or navigating trauma, substance use, or life transitions. They want to feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Their goals might include building resilience, deepening self-acceptance, and aligning their life with their values. Together, we work at their pace to foster healing, connection, and authentic living. I offer a warm, relational, and person-centered space where all parts of you are welcome. Specializing in LGBTQIA+ and Two-Spirit communities, trauma recovery, and co-occurring disorders, I draw from Narrative Therapy, ACT, and existential approaches to help you connect with your strengths and create meaningful change.
