My ideal client is an individual that comes here with the understanding that simply talking about what is bothering them is not the end, but the beginning. After this, the real work begins. They are ready to listen and absorb. This client is ready to learn coping strategies that can assist them with managing their emotions even after our clinical relationship has ended. This client is not looking for a buttoned up and stuffy environment. They come with the knowledge that they will be in a welcoming, relaxed, and humor-filled environment. My job is to support, challenge, and empower you to help yourself move forward. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho-dynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our interactions and treatment plan to meet your unique journey.
