Life transitions can be difficult. Even the good ones like graduation, marriage, and a promotion can bring stress and anxiety. The harder ones like loss of a loved one, abuse, divorce and living with challenging relationships can really knock you off your feet and prevent you from living the life you want. I am a licensed mental health counselor with more than 30 years experience helping people work through whatever life has thrown at them. My goal is to provide a safe space for people to say what's on their mind without the pressure of expectation or judgement. If you need someone to listen and really hear you, I'm here. I specialize in helping people get out of their own way by challenging their thinking, looking at things from a different perspective, and teaching new ways of doing things. You will learn to find moments of peace in ways you never expected, find your voice when you need to stand up for yourself, and hold your tongue when it's best.
