Life can be difficult and let's face it, lifey at times. Things can become overwhelming and children's' behaviors can be hard to handle. I believe that there is safety in connection and that anyone can lead a healthy life with the right tools in their toolbox to help them strive in daily life. With over 16 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and their families, I have learned to make therapy a safe environment to support clients in identifying healthy ways of coping with daily life, exploring and overcoming trauma. I am trained in many trauma informed care interventions to assist you in managing your symptoms.
