I’m passionate about empowering individuals who have felt unseen, misunderstood, marginalized and voiceless and I love working with and empowering women and men in all stages of life. I would love to teach easy to use skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. Therapy is about developing skills and I would love to help you learn ways to maintain regulation and relaxation.
