Life can be challenging. I understand how these life challenges may result in anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Developing healthy coping skills and finding meaning through your struggles, would help you find peace and a more balanced life. Together, we can initiate that process. I have more than 20 years of experience in private practice, 12 years of teaching clinical courses as an Adjunct Associate Professor at USC, Graduate School, and more than 15 years of experience working with Los Angeles Unified School District as one of the three clinical psychologists, working with teenagers and their families.
